"We have dealt with many agents over the years, and Stephanie stands at the top of the class. She has been responsive, professional, and thorough, and has always accomplished what she committed to. In addition, she is client centric and was very proactive with helping to establish appropriate policy limits and full coverage for our needs (multiple policy types), including establishing costs for various options. As a small example, we were ready to approve a separate renter's policy for two off-site storage units, but Stephanie went above and beyond to ask the underwriter if our Homeowner's policy would provide the same coverage. It did, so we saved the cost of the added policy.
We highly recommend Stephanie, and as an added benefit State Farm replaced our previous insurer with better coverage, higher limits at a significant cost savings. This includes multiple policies including Homeowner's, auto, trailers, umbrella policies, etc."
